Order received for the same day will not be processed on the same day because of hotel Unavailibility ratio.

Reservation Guidelines

• Advance reservations are highly recommended, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak dining hours.
• Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the reservation time.
• Late arrivals will be accommodated subject to availability. Reserved tables may be released in case of significant delays.

Operating Timings

• Available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Parking

• Valet parking may be available for members, in-house guests, and diners, subject to hotel policies and availability.

Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Neither the hotel nor The Royal Avenue shall be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

Dining Etiquette

• Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode.
• Guests are requested to maintain a pleasant and respectful dining environment.
• Management reserves the right to ensure a comfortable dining experience for all patrons.

Dietary Requirements

• Guests should inform the hotel or reservation team in advance regarding any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special meal preferences.
• Menu items may contain common allergens including nuts, dairy products, and gluten.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by hotel management.

Extended Hours & Special Requests

Dining arrangements outside standard operating hours may be accommodated upon prior request and subject to hotel approval and applicable charges.

• For reservations before 9:00 AM, requests must be submitted by 6:00 PM on the previous day.
• For reservations after 9:00 PM, requests must be submitted by 6:00 PM on the same day.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

• Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 6 hours before the scheduled dining time without penalty.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the reservation amount.
• Group bookings, private events, and special occasion reservations may be subject to separate cancellation terms.
• Delayed arrivals may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, subject to venue policies and table availability.
• Rescheduling can be done once for the same hotel Booked, If Rescheduled for 2nd time, 3999 INCLUSIVE OF TAXES PER PERSON OR 50% OF THE AMOUNT OF THE TOTAL BOOKING WILL BE CHARGED (WHICHEVER IS HIGHER)
