Cancellation and Refund Policy

At The Royal Avenue, we value your trust and ensure complete transparency regarding our membership cards and co-branded/corporate cards. Please read our return and cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase:

1. Non-Refundable Purchase
  • All membership cards, co-branded cards, and corporate cards once purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • No cancellations will be entertained after the purchase is completed.

 

2. Corporate Membership Terms
  • For memberships issued under corporate monthly payment plans, if an employee resigns, discontinues, or is marked as a no-show, the remaining payable amount will be directly deducted from their CTC By Company as per company terms.

 

3. Non-Replaceable & Non-Returnable
  • Membership cards are strictly non-returnable and non-replaceable.

  • Lost or misplaced cards will not be reissued.

  • In case, Required a Security Code must be entered for card replacement

 

4. Damage & Replacement Policy
  • In case of physical damage to the card, members may request a replacement through our official Redressal Portal.

  • Applicable charges (if any) for card replacement will be communicated during the request process.

 

5. Acceptance of Policy
  • By purchasing a membership, co-branded card, or corporate card from The Royal Avenue, the member/company acknowledges and accepts this Return & Cancellation Policy in full.

 

Subscription Policy

  1. Membership Tiers & Pricing

    • Elite Membership – ₹399 per month

    • Luxury Membership – ₹799 per month

    • Royal Membership – ₹2,499 per month

  2. Payment Method

    • All subscription fees will be collected through e-Mandate or UPI AutoPay.

    • By subscribing, the customer authorizes automatic monthly deductions from their registered payment method.

  3. Billing Cycle

    • The subscription amount will be deducted on the same date each month, based on the date of enrollment.

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance in their account for timely deduction.

  4. Renewal & Continuity

    • Memberships under the subscription model will auto-renew monthly until cancelled as per the terms below.

    • Customers will continue to receive membership benefits as long as the subscription remains active.

  5. Cancellation Policy

    • ⚠️ Important: Cancellation of AutoPay / subscription will be permitted only after one (1) year from the date of purchase.

    • After the completion of one year, customers may cancel their subscription by providing a written request through official customer support channels.

    • Membership benefits will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle in which the cancellation request is processed.

  6. Non-Payment & Termination

    • In case of failed deductions due to insufficient funds or revoked mandate, the membership benefits will be suspended immediately until payment is cleared.

    • Continuous non-payment may result in termination of membership.

  7. Refund Policy

    • Subscription payments already deducted are non-refundable.

    • No partial refunds will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
