Booking Information

• Advance reservation is mandatory.
• Guests are requested to arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment to enjoy the spa’s wet and heat facilities.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration or rescheduling, subject to availability.
• Spa operating hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Early morning or late evening appointments (up to two hours outside regular timings) are available at an additional charge of ₹1,500 per treatment, subject to prior notice.

Spa Guidelines

• Guests are encouraged to use the wet area before the treatment.
• Swimwear is mandatory while using spa wet facilities.
• Guests below 16 years of age are not permitted in spa wet areas.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and intoxication are strictly prohibited within the spa premises.
• Mobile phones should remain switched off, and guests are requested to maintain a quiet environment.
• Disposable undergarments will be provided for body treatments and must be worn during the session.
• Valet parking is available for spa guests where applicable.
• Personal valuables should be kept in the lockers provided, as the spa shall not be responsible for any loss or damage.

Health & Safety

• Guests must disclose any medical condition, injury, allergy, or special health requirement before the treatment.
• Men are advised to shave a few hours prior to facial treatments.
• Avoid shaving or waxing one day before body scrub treatments.
• Guests are advised to remain hydrated before and after the treatment and rest for approximately one hour following the session.
• Body treatments are not recommended for pregnant women.
• The spa reserves the right to refuse treatment where medically inappropriate or unsafe.

Dining Experience

The package includes a gourmet dining experience for two at the selected participating hotel. Any additional food items, beverages, premium menu selections, taxes, service charges, or services beyond the package inclusions shall be payable directly by the guest.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, subject to availability.
• Cancellations or changes made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment will attract a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior cancellation will be charged 100% of the booking value.
• One complimentary rescheduling is permitted for the same booked hotel, subject to availability.
• A second rescheduling request will attract a charge of ₹3,999 (inclusive of applicable taxes) per person or 50% of the total booking amount, whichever is higher.
