  • ​To avail EMI payment option on our Packages, opt for the Airpay Payment Gateway and get Exclusive EMI options Just for You.
  • To avail EMI on credit cards please pay through SBI Link or Manual Payment given at the time of checkout.
  • The Royal Avenue is not responsible for the eligibility of a person, non-availability of the preferred bank Etc.

The Royal Avenue Lifetime, Care & Guide Package Policy

The Royal Avenue Lifetime, Care & Guide Package is designed to Provide worry-free travel in case of Unforeseen Events, throughout Pan India.

The Royal Care package will help you Remain Stress-free and Calm During Any Emergency. 

The Royal Care Package is only available in India only at our Serviced Locations.

The Royal Avenue Lifetime Membership is a Lifetime Exclusive membership for Persons who like to travel every year or they want to travel with their family & friends.

The Package Has Some Terms and Conditions

  • The Royal Care Package Can Be claimed Once During the Plan Period. For Additional Claims Connect with Our Support Team or Your Royal Assistant. (Charges will Apply for Additional Claims) 
  • The Royal Avenue Lifetime Membership has Lifetime Benefits, Listed During the Time of Purchase.
  • The Royal Avenue Lifetime Membership Cannot be Transferred.
  • The Royal Avenue Lifetime Membership, Royal Care Package, The Royal Guide Package is Non-Refundable Non-Transferable.
  • The Royal Care Package will include Transportation from the Airport to The Hotel and Vice Versa After Taking the Claim.
  • The Royal Care Package Includes 3 - 5 Star Hotels for Emergency Stay. (Subject to Availability)
  • The Claim of the Royal Care Package will be provided after Submitting an Online Form or Sharing Information with Your Assigned Assistant.
  • The Royal Guide Package will provide Assistance During the Time of Travel Only.
  • The Royal Care Package Benefits will not be applicable for Emergency situations Like Big Fire breaks, Floods, Tornadoes, Landslides, or any disaster situations.
  • The Royal Care package will Provide Care for 2 days Max After the Claim has been provided.

To claim the benefit of The Royal Care Package, you will be asked to submit the following details:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Flight ticket or boarding pass
  • Cancelled flight information
  • Reason for flight cancellation
  • Please Provide additional Information if Asked by One of our Executive

The Royal care package can only be claimed once during a trip. Medical Claim Will Be Available At All Times During Your Trip For General Medical Assistance.

In Case Nation Wise Shutdown or Any Unforeseen Event, Civil War, Floods, Earthquake, Biohazardous Emergency, or Political Event The Claims Will Not Be Provided.

Please Note: The Royal Care Package can be claimed only Once.

No claims or benefits will be provided after the plan expiry.

All the above Details are necessary to Submit to our Executive Through WhatsApp/Support Form/In Person.

In Case of Fraudulent activity, the Package Benefits will be liable to be cancelled and No Refund will be entertained.
