1.) Cancelling of membership Must Be Done Within 24 hrs From The Time of Purchase. if Cancelled No Amount will be refunded, and The Royal Voucher will also expire.

2.) After Booking If Dinner Slots are Cancelled/ No Show, Then That Slot will be considered as lapsed.

3.) After Booking, If Hotel Slots are Cancelled/ No Show, then That Slot will be considered as lapsed.

4.) Birthday & Anniversary cake will not be delivered if Membership is cancelled or not renewed.

5.) Travel insurance will not be Given Once The Membership is cancelled.

6.) Cancelling Dubai Package after booking Will Be considered as No Show and Will not be provided in the Same Year.

On Membership Cancellation, A Charge of 15499 +18% Gst will be applicable for Cancellations.

If the Royal voucher is Not Redeemed in the active membership year. The grace Period Will Be offered for 40 days From The Date of Cancellation.

1.) If Dine In & Hotel Stays are not taken, then a 40 Days Grace period will be offered after the expiry of the membership. If not taken, then it will lapse.

2.) Birthday & Anniversary Cake will not be provided once the Membership is cancelled or not renewed.

3.) If membership is Lapsed then A Grace Period of 40 days will be provided to take the Dubai Tour Package, and it will lapse if not taken within the timeline.
